Do your drivers take payment on the road?
-
We cannot take payment on the road as it slows up the delivery process and compromises our drivers safety. Payment is taken by cash at our office, or by card over the telephone but only if the delivery address matches where the card is registered.
Payment is made prior to delivery.
-
How long from order will it take for my delivery to arrive from when I pay for my delivery?
-
We always make sure every delivery goes out asap which is normally next day if ordered before 2.00pm the previous day Mon to Friday or if ordered on a Saturday, delivery will normally go out on a Monday.
We do have an awful lot of deliveries to get through so if you can be flexible and take your delivery sometimes before you need it it enables us to be super efficient. A telephone call can be made to inform you a time slot for delivery.

Where is the material placed when delivered ?
-
It is put as close as possible to where the customer requires it. We will not go on any grass as there is a risk off getting stuck and of causing damage to our vehicle and the grass.
If you want us to go off the public highway(Eg Down a tarmac, flagged gravel or block paved drive), it is at customers own risk of any damage caused including phone wires, drains and drain covers, walls and oil or burst pipes etc.
All material is offloaded by crane only and material will be wrapped in plastic if it need it,to protect it from exposure from the elements
